• All purchases have to be made online using our website payment processing system and shopping cart.
  
  
• If you have a PayPal account, you can use that to make the purchase or use any credit or debit card.
  
  
• Paypal, a trusted worldwide Internet payment processor, is our payment processor.
  
  
• Absolutely no customer financial information is disclosed to any merchant (like us) when a customer uses Paypal (or makes a purchase when Paypal is the payment processor).

• All Orders are VAT free up to £18.

• Natural soaps are made from whole oils or fats that moleculary combine with alkali to form natural soap.
  
  
• Synthetic soaps use derivatives of oils or fats and then are molecularly combined with sulfonic acid and/or alkali.
  
  
• Natural soaps clean gently and are balanced by Nature.
  
  
• Synthetic soaps are balanced by the manufacturer and strip away too much of the body's oily barrier causing irritation to skin and scalp.
  
  
• All our soaps are free of SLS (Sodium Lauryl Sulphate)
  
  
• SLES free (Sodium Laureth Sulphate)
  
  
• ALS free (Ammonium Lauryl Sulphate)
  
  
• ALES free (Ammonium Laureth Sulphate)
  
  
• SMS free (Sodium Myreth Sulphate)
  
  
• TEA free (Triethanolamine)
  
  
• DEA free (Diethanolamine)
  
  
• Since there are no preservatives in the soaps, please purchase less than a year's supply.

• Shipping times vary depending on items purchased. Smaller items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and can take many weeks in transit.
  
  
• Larger items ship via USPS Priority Mail and take a much shorter time (1-2 weeks).
  
  
• The cutoff for First Class Mail is at approximately 1.5 - 1.8 kilograms. After that point, packages will be shipped via Priority Mail.
  
  
• It is always more economical to purchase larger weight item(s) for both price and speed of shipment.
